Any one else having issues pulling Giant Cape and Rocky Helmet?

I have opened a total of 70 packs so far and still no Giant Cape or Rocky Helmet.. also tried several wonder picks and nothing.

Is anyone else facing this or am just unlucky? Probably will have to burn pack points to get them.
